The Core of Flow Yoga is a 6-week exploration into the fundamental movements, postures, and transitions of flow yoga. This is a perfect opportunity for both new yogis and seasoned practitioners, as we will work to understand the alignment and anatomy of the most common postures you see in a flow yoga class, and deepen our practice from there. This series will help to optimizes results of flow yoga and decreases the potential of injury.
Each 75-minute class will include an exploration of various key aspects of the yoga practice, various strength, flexibility and stability building exercise, as well as a flow that puts together everything you learn.
